PSTA Access (formerly DART) Transportation
The Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) provides Demand Response Transportation services for people who, because of their disability, are unable to safely and independently utilize PSTA buses. DART service is a form of public transportation which meets PSTA’s obligations to provide door-to-door service which parallels or “complements” local bus service in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
